Room Selection Information

To be eligible to select a room students must pay the non-refundable housing deposit and complete the online housing application in MyHousing
To select a room, you must have a roommate group large enough to fill it to capacity
To select a suite, you must have a roommate group large enough to fill the entire suite

Continuing Students (i.e., students who lived on campus during the spring semester)

March 1: Housing deposits and applications due
March 3: Continuing Student Room Selection Opens Up at 2:00 pm
- Roommate selection will go from March 3 – March 29 & April 6 – May 8
March 30: Single Room Selection times go out
March 31 – April 3: Single Room Selection
April 8 – April 9: Same Hall Selection
April 13: General Selection times go out
April 14 – April – May 1: General Selection
April 30: Must fill room restriction lifted
May 5 – May 8: Last call

New Students (i.e., anyone who did not live on campus during the spring semester)

May 1: Housing deposits and applications due
May 5: Roommate selection opens at 2:00 pm
May 5 – June 28: Roommate Selection
June 12: New Student Room Selection times go out
June 15: New Student Room Selection Virtual Q & A
June 16 – June 28: New Student Room Selection
- June 26: Must fill requirement lifted at 2:00 pm
June 29: Students who did not select a room are auto assigned

Summer Room Change: July 2, 2026 – July 31, 2026

All students with a housing assignment for the fall semester will have the option to change their room in MyHousing during the Summer Room Change.
Students may change their room as often as they would like during Summer Room Change.
Roommate groups cannot be formed during Summer Room Change.
