Volunteer Opportunities with Berlin Equity Action Team (BEAT) for Juneteenth Event

The Berlin Equity Action Team (BEAT, ) is seeking Central student volunteers to help coordinate and staff their Juneteenth event on June 17th, 2023!

BEAT needs volunteers to:

  • Staff the event (Berlin-Peck Library during the day, New Britain Museum of American Art in the evening)
  • Share the event on social media Create flyers and program guide
  • Day-of-event set up (chairs, tables, decorations, handing out programs, collecting names for their mailing list, etc.)
  • Directing guests and helping to answer logistical questions from attendees
