Classroom Presentations

The Learning Center offers a variety of study skills and learning strategy classroom presentations for faculty. Classroom presentations are available on the following topics:

  • Making the Transition: 30-35min
  • Academic Integrity: 40-45min
  • Time Management: 40-45min
  • Memory Strategies: 1hr
  • GPA Calculation and Problem Solving: 1hr
  • Active Learning Strategies: 20-25min each
    • Building a Study Guide
    • Creating a Question Chart
    • Note Taking
    • Reading Strategies
  • Exam Preparation and Post Exam Review: 30-35min

Presentations can be up to one hour only.

Each presentation starts with an introduction to The Learning Center.

Our academic coaches are happy to provide presentations to your students more than once or to combine topics in a way that best fits your curriculum!
