- Submit the appropriate Undergraduate Affidavit of Support or Graduate Affidavit of Support to ISSS@ccsu.edu
- Transferring from another academic institution as an F-1 student. Fill out the Transfer in Form and email it to ISSS@ccsu.edu
- Contact your previous school to release your SEVIS record to Central.
- Your Form I-20 will be issued and emailed to you after your SEVIS record is released to Central.
- Attend mandatory International Student Orientation (Orientation date and time is on your Form I-20).

- Submit the appropriate Undergraduate Affidavit of Support or Graduate Affidavit of Support to ISSS@ccsu.edu
- Central does not process change of status on behalf of students, seek legal counsel.
- Attend mandatory International Student Orientation (Orientation date and time is on your Form I-20).

- Submit the appropriate Undergraduate Affidavit of Support or Graduate Affidavit of Support to ISSS@ccsu.edu
- Once you are accepted to 蜜柚视频, a Form I-20 will be emailed to you.
- Pay your and print a SEVIS fee receipt for your records. The fee must be paid at least three business days before your visa interview at the United States Embassy.
- The SEVIS ID number (N00XXXXXXXX) is located on the upper left corner of Form I-20.
- Central鈥檚 SEVIS school code is located in the 鈥淪chool Information鈥 section on page 1 of Form I-20.
- Make sure you have a valid passport.
- Book an appointment at the nearest United States Embassy.
- Attend mandatory International Student Orientation (Orientation date and time is on your Form I-20).
