TASTING NOTES
A blend of 70% Corvina, 25% Rondinella and 5% Molinara. Dark brick ruby red in colour, with an intense bouquet. Intense full bodied palate finishing elegantly. Cellar potential up to 2018.
BACKGROUND
Limited production only 6500 bottles produced. Cantine Lenotti is a family run firm run by the parents - Giancarlo (oenologist, production manager and facilities supervisor), and his wife Marina (sales manager for the home market), and their sons, Claudio (export manager), and Enrico who works with the Italian sales department. Over the years they have aimed to improve the quality of thier grapes and thier wines with constant investment, experimentation and adherence to the very best vinification procedures. The Cantine is based in Bardolino and they boldly boast that they have the last lake facing vineyard still producting wine in that town.
