TASTING NOTES

  

Made pleasantly sweet and lush. Light with nice fruit flavours, low alcohol at only 5.5 % yet long on flavour.

  

  

BACKGROUND

  

The Volpi winery was founded at the turn of the 20th century by Carlo Volpi’s Grandmother. Carlo Volpi is a winemaker who controls the best vineyards in his appellation area, state of the art vinification equipment, extensive aging cellars and efficient bottling facilities. Carlo therefore produces excellent wines at a very economic price point. On top of that Carlo is a true gentleman.
