A dry Tokaji. Lots of honey on the nose along with pear, mandarin and some citrus. It is rich and luscious, with bags of caramelized fruit on the palate.

  

  

BACKGROUND

  
David Alvarez jumped at the opportunity of investing in the oremus vineyards after realizing the fantastic potential that the site had. Since then the 115 ha vineyards have been modernized and enlarged the vines coverage to over 550oha. The vines are separated into over a dozen plots in the Zemplen hills but share the important volcanic soils that they are planted in.
