This assemblage of the traditional grape varieties that make up Bergerac Rouge is characterized by its light  suppleness, fruit and elegance .

 


BACKGROUND

 
The castle of Thenoux presides over 50 hectares of vines in Monbazillac down in the valley of Dordogne in close to Bergerac. Jean Luc &  Jean Pascal Carrere produce excellent red wines and unctuous sweet whites.
