TASTING NOTES

 

This assemblage of Sauvignon, Muscadelle & Semillon is characterized by the golden colour, and the fruity flavours of melon & white fleshed peach & Nectarine.

 

 

BACKGROUND

 

The castle of Thenoux presides over 50 hectares of vines in Monbazillac down in the valley of Dordogne in close to Bergerac. Jean Luc &  Jean Pascal Carrere produce excellent red wines and unctuous sweet whites.

 

 

FOOD MATCHING

 

Enjoy as an Aperetif or with Melon & Foie Gras , and light fruit desserts.
