TASTING NOTES
 
A bright clear wine, with a cool red colour. A rich vinous nose balance with a refreshing hint of cherries, the palate is light and refreshing with a hint of austerity from the tannins, with edges of garden herbs.
 
 
BACKGROUND
 
From the Hallau region in the north of Switzerland – known as East Switzerland, and situated not far from the Rhein. This family run business produces classic wines from grapes grown in their own vineyards. They have achieved awards at the Grand Prix du Vin Suisses.
