TASTING NOTES
This wonderful dry, clean and crisp full-sparkling wine is obteined from the soft pressing of the best Prosseco grapes coming from the Breganza area, it has a light straw colour and a fruity bouquet with hints of green apples.
BACKGROUND
The co-operative is named after a local figure - Bartolomeo da Breganze, The Cantine was set up on Valentine's day 1950 with the intention of strengthening the hands of the wine growers and to improve the quality and reputation of Breganze wines - this it has succeeded in doing but it is not complacent and improvement is still one of their main aims. Breganze is an ancient centre of grape cultivation in the province of Vicenza in the Veneto.
