TASTING NOTES
Dried apple, pear and honey on the nose and palate. Full-bodied, sweet, with a citrus fruit, apricot and spice character. Long and flavorful.
BACKGROUND
During the 1855 classification the castle was owned by the family Molle, which at that time got Château de Mirat classified in Les seconds Crus. Château de Myra is on a raised plateau in Barsac. The property has a total area of 30 hectares, of which 8 hectares is a park. The soil is typical of Barsac, with significant involvement of lime and clay. Planting is broken down into 88% Semillon, Sauvignon 8%, 4% Muscadelle.
