BACKGROUND

  
This is the only grappa in the world that is made from Rabosa del Piave grapes. It is made from a combination of fresh and dried grapes and is distilled twice. The grappa is aged in the same barrel’s as the Rabosa del Piave wine that was aged 30 months before it was distilled and transformed into grappa.
