TASTING NOTES

 

Very pale and yellow and immediately fresh on the nose with citrus notes, on the palate the zing continues, perfect balanced acidity and a lingering finish.

 

 

BACKGROUND

 

Aged using the criadera and solera system under the influence of flor. It is ideal for aperitifs and tapas. To ensure quality from vineyard to bottle Sánchez Romate not only owns its own vineyards, but also has invested in some of the most modern facilities in the region. The ageing process is through traditional criaderas y soleras and the company produces three different ranges of sherry, from the classic Romate range to the Reservas Especiales through to La Sacristía—the company’s oenological treasures.
