TASTING NOTES
Pale with discreet golden highlights.A nose very present dominated by fruits (peach, apricot, tangerine) and a some mineral notes.The palate is well balanced, and still on the fruits.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Chateau Pas du Cerf is situated in a valley between La Londe & Collobrieres, adjacent to the Massif des Maures. It is owned by the Gualtieri family. The vineyard stretches over 80 ha predominantly on slate. Patrick and Genevieve are supported by their three daughters Dawn, Diane and Marion. The estate is run with respect to tradition but encompasses modern techniques.

Delightful as an aparetif, this rose will accompany salads, white meats & many fish dishes.
