Complex mineral and restrained nose with impressive intensity on the palate and excellent length.
BACKGROUND
Paul Pillot is the 3rd generation of winemakers here. Jean Baptiste Pillot, a former cooper, formerly commenced wine making in 1900. Through the purchase of parcels of land in Chassagne, the estate now has 13 hectares and markets 65,000 bottles per annum.
