TASTING NOTES
Very aromatic and expressive with lots of fresh fruitiness. A dry wine, great as an aperitif. A fine match with asparagus or creamy goat's cheese.
BACKGROUND
Domaine Bleger is located in the village of Orschwiller, at the centre of the Alsace region. There is four hundred years of history & tradition of wine making under the Bleger family name. Traditional methods employed here produce wines rich in fruit and roundness, expressing character of the terroir. Claude & Christophe Bleger work 8.5 hectares of vines divided into about thirty pieces on the four communes which border the castle of High Koenigsbourg.
