TASTING NOTES
Made from 100% pinot noir. Its Aromatic flavour develops during 24 months maturation. Drink chilled (between 6 and 8°C), as an aperitif for all occasions. To be drunk within 3 years following its release.
BACKGROUND
Domaine Bleger is located in the village of Orschwiller, at the centre of the Alsace region. There is four hundred years of history & tradition of wine making under the Bleger family name. Traditional methods employed here produce wines rich in fruit and roundness, expressing character of the terroir. Claude & Christophe Bleger work 8.5 hectares of vines divided into about thirty pieces on the four communes which border the castle of High Koenigsbourg.
