A glass for mature red wines with a subtle fusion of fine fruit flavours like Bourgogne Grand Cru and Premier Cru; Beaujolais Crus like Morgon, Fleurie, Moulin-a-Vent, Chenas; very good late Burgundies, Pinot Noir, Pinot Nero from various countries; very good Zweigelt from Austria.
