
New Nursing Education Track: Help shape the next generation of healthcare professionals
Central’s Scholars for Life speaker series will present a talk with Dr. Thomas Mione, a professor of Biology, who earned his doctorate in Plant Evolution at UConn and has been a professor for over three decades ÃÛèÖÊÓÆµ. Mione will share his adventures hunting for and finding wild tomato relatives in the Andes Mountains and perform a few songs on the electric saxophone influenced by his time in Latin America.
